Shining in the Darkness

Description
The King of Thornwood is beside himself with worry.
His daughter and his most trustworthy knight,Mordred,have disappeared.
You,as the son of Mordred,must unravel the mystery!!!


Other mod i see for "Shining in the Darkness" are not so similar!
This is a transposition that tries to resemble as much as possible to the original version of the game.
Do not want to violate any copyright..

All Stuff already in game.
Game is still not finish and i'm working on it,will be lovely know your opinion,comment or some report.

I like this... I'm going to give my thoughts and experiences with this mod to (hopefully) help with the development.

Tavern: interesting to see how you replaced each of the tavern's people with some of the monsters, but some diversity could help, like rather than like 4-5 skeleton archers, use some of the other Humanoid-ish monsters, other than that, I find that area designed nicely.

Floor 1-2: I may have shot the difficulty waaaay down by porting my party of the main game, oops, but other than that, I like how the enemies just randomly spawn in (and actually get away from the enemies) also, how the enemies drop equipment, like armor, weapons, etc, the enemies are also pretty nice, and I like how they're named how they were in the actual SITD (Shining In The Darkness), and the game pops up dialogue like "*Enemy* was killed" or something like that.

overall, this mod is a great one, I hope you finish it a some point.:steamhappy:

I'd LOVE to see this mod finished.

Incidentally, the actual title is Shining AND the Darkness; the localization goofed the translation slightly.

Recently i was busy with work but im sure that i will continue this mod... i loved "Shining in the Darkness" like lot of us and hope to finish this.. So u can start try, play and tell me your opinion. Tnx to playing!!! :w:

Any work still being done on this? Frankly I lost interest in the native/original game. The only reason I would reinstall LoG would be to play Shining in the Darkness.

When i got here I had to scream "WHAT?!". You really pulled out of the hat the first game on console where I spent so much hours on... Damn mithril weapons/armors!
I want so badly a Shining the holy ark/Shining force mod now with playable werelings and centaurs. Thanks for your work on this!
