Granado Espada New Patch: the Holy Empire of Armonia
Granado Espada Bristia Arc Finale for September Update
Release date: January 10, 2013
Granado Espada is about discovering new continents during Europe’s Age of Exploration era between the 1500s and 1700's. The Multi character control (MMC) is the most unique feature of the game, allowing players to control a party of up to three characters at a time. The approach to this style of game play makes Granado Espada feel like a hybrid MMORPG and RTS.

Granada Espada's automatic hunting system called ‘Keep Mode’ is a function in the game that players seem to respond to positively. Players can grow their characters and family without the "grind" most MMO's are notorious for.
There are over 100 characters to add to your party of three to control in each battle. This is where the strategy mechanic comes into play, as each battle, monster or dungeon requires a particular mix of characters to successfully defeat each challenge.

Granado Espada won the 2006 Korean Presidential Award for Best Graphics and Game of the Year

Multi-character Control allows you to control up to three characters simultaneously, similar to offline, console-based RPG’s. A powerful AI engine ensures the characters work together when fighting in real time.

Stances | Each class has several Stances which have varying level and equipment dependencies. It should be noted that each stance's level is independent from a character's level.

Skills | Several skills available for each stance. As stances level, new skills are learned.

UPC | Unique Player Characters can be gained through quests, and help bring a wider degree of diversity to gameplay with their learned stances.

The powerful AI engine of Granado Espada enables a team of 3 characters to work together while fighting in real time. With multiple game modes such as Keep, Hold, Harvest, Attack Move, your family can fight and level up even while you are away from the keyboard. The Keep mode (Default Key: Spacebar) is one such example of the XAI at its best – Characters are free to move, attack and chase any monster within their targeting distance and will return to their original spot when the area is clear. Healers will heal injured family members automatically when put to Keep Mode in the correct stance (i.e. First Aid).

Starting as Non-Player Characters (NPC), Granado Espada offers the unique chance to recruit these members of the storyline, scattered all around the game world, to join your family in its pioneering. Most of these RNPCs will require you to complete their quest line, bring them certain quest items, among many other such objectives in order to convince them to join your family!

I do not recommend playing this game. Terrible publisher, terrible host server company, and most of all it's all about the "Extreme Pay To Win". Avoid this trash before you put any money into it. Also the community is toxic all smaller factions are being taxed 20% in each town. Thanks to Evo and their alt factions who are abusing the Colony War System. You will lose 20% + 10% of your Vis when you buy stuff and sell stuff to NPCs.

f2p/pay2win gear grinder, but by far not the worst out there. The graphics are gorgeous (for its age!) and the soundtrack is awesome. There's a lot of content you can explore without spending a single cent, but eventually you will hit a wall where it's pretty much impossible to progress further to the endgame without getting cash shop stuff. It's really worth checking out, you can easily spend a couple weeks or more without hitting said wall. I quit at that point because I hate p2w, but I've met players who happily spent insane amounts of cash on the game (because they get a boner from steamrolling others in pvp with their overpowered gear I guess).

Unless they back off on some of the P2W stuff no way I'm ever getting back into this game. I loved it when I first played it 7 or so years ago. I could have at least 30 characters in my "family" right off the bat and I can only think of one quest that truly could not be finished without paying. The latest iteration I played was super-limited in its free playability.

This game is shit, everything revolves around gambling. No, seriously everything in this game is a gambling scheme. You want to enhance your equipment? Gamble, You want to enchant your equipment? Gamble, You want to socket your equipment? Gamble, You want a certain costume? Gamble, You want to gain a rumin to put in your socketed item? Gamble, You want to gain an ingredient from destroying a necklace so you can craft a more powerful necklace? gamble, and the list goes on.

The game was alright when it was first released as it wasnt as pay to win as it is today, back then "Uniques" were gained from defeating local bosses and weren't enhance-able, costumes and limited time npcs for buying the collector's edition were the only thing that were on sale, Later on the developers figured out a great way to ruin the game and milk the big spenders they had by putting everything in the cash shop and making it a gambling scheme. Now everything revolves on a roulette.

yeah right...more cash RNPC, I had enough with this P2W game tbh...private server are far better than official 'cash milking cow'.
