Altered Daedric Smithing Requirements

Description
Another Perk Modification from me. This time I am just changing the perks required to make Daedric Smithing available.

The Ebony Smithing requirement is still present, but can also be unlocked by Dragon (either Ebony or Dragon can unlock this perk)

No. It allows for being able to select the perk from either side of the smithing perk tree (you know, like Dragon smithing). At least that is what it is supposed to do anyway.

@Alexquick2: 1: Not it has not, I do not know about present, but in the past, it was either you had to go one way or the other. Dragonbone Armor can be retrieved from with path of the perk tree, but Daedric you had to follow a certain path in the perk tree. And 2: you can repost your comment when you learn not to insult people. Good day, sir.
