To start the survival , there is a square standing up console panel inside the main base (spawn area/house) that will start glowing when you go near it. press E or "use" button on it to start the survival.

Yeah... It feels really bad encountering game-breaking bugs or glitches on a map you worked on so hard. Now I try to often make a backup just incase I mess up something, or when something breaks I can find the cause and maybe fix it with the previous versions.

I remember making a map for Nazi Zombies Portable. I did something that broke the entire thing. It made the entire map nothing but fog. But when i tried loading it on the PSP, it showed the same graphical glitch as the Source Engine does when the sky is missing. Made sense because of the fact that NZP was made on the Quake engine, and the Source Engine is an upgraded version on it. It was sad, i spent 5 hours on it.

Thanks... Though I'm afraid I wont be uploading much left 4 dead 2 mods lately, got 2 big things I'm working on outside of L4D2.

Also.. for some reason, when you get hit by spitter goo in both my hell/heaven map, there is a slight chance to get bugged.. Just the circumstances are awkward, since i rebuild the hell map from start and the bug followed.

Yeah I have a few maps, I think all of them uses a 1 way spawn area (so zombies will always come from a set location), you could find more of my maps and mods on my workshop page

Well mainly I have to use alot of standard props for a moon-themed map, which doesn't fit at all.
All I could say is just make up excuses that somehow fit the map theme.

For example, The dumpsters were used for depositing researched moon rocks that appeared to have no use. (etc.. but its just a small hunk of text)
