Description


A tiny utility mod that introduces the arcane concepts of the third dimension and personal space to... space. Meant to be used with Team Nessassity shipsets.



  • Increases the horizontal and vertical spacing between ships within a fleet, significantly reducing the number of space traffic accidents.
  • Increases the vertical spacing and random variation of Strike Craft. As a result, Strike Craft launched in great numbers should be less likely to attempt to merge into a giant bundle of scrap.



  • This module modifies the following Defines: FLEET_BASE_FORMATION_SCALE, FLEET_BASE_FORMATION_DIV, SHIP_RANDOM_HEIGHT_OFFSET, STRIKE_CRAFT_HEIGHT_OFFSET, STRIKE_CRAFT_HEIGHT_RANDOM



This mod is standalone! It does not require anything.

IS the compatible with real space ?? im trying to track down wha ti believe to be a bug where my 30 corvettes are spaced across half the solar system in real space and that should not be the case .

It will always be compatible as long as Stellaris doesn't change its Defines format.

@Fetfrumos96: In what way? It's impossible for this mod not to work unless another mod that overrides the same Defines (listed in description) is loaded after it.

@Black Nomad: There won't be game-breaking conflicts, but only one mod can manage ship spread, so if you want Ship Spacing to take effect, make sure you put it later than the other mods in your load order.
