Fall Pt2: Puzzle Guide [Text Only; Minimum Story Spoilers]
By MereLyap
This guide is segmented into simple steps which are all hidden behind individual spoilers. That way you can make sure to only look up what you need, and save the rest of the puzzle solving to yourself.
It briefly summarises all required puzzle actions to finish the game in pure text form [i.e. no annoying video guide], while trying to stay as story-spoiler free as possible.

Though personally I'd recommend to just sit down and think about the problem or maybe have another look around after taking a little break instead of consulting this guide immediately.

First melee fighting sequence: This is basically a rhythm game. Wait until a foe is about one to two widths of your body away from you and then hit the appropriate direction key. The way to go here is really just to not hit the direction key too soon, as that usually leaves you open for an attack, and messes with who you think is closest to you next. If you’re struggling just keep on trying. You’ll eventually get the hang of it.

You’ll enter an endless fight sequence. The goal is to lower the overall mastery to 0% by letting the many only beat you with a specific combat sequence of your choice, while defeating them with every sequence that doesn’t match that specific one. The many’s current sequence is shown in the middle of the screen (with red standing for blocking and blue for evading). To further explain, if you “pick say red red red, and let it defeat you, then defeat it every other combination it suggests. This will basically convince them that there is one 100% successful fighting style. Answer provided by Cassa.

Convince the Companion she’s not at a Spa misses a note that you can't accomplish this until you have finished Butler

This is a really impressive guide. It's exactly what you need for a game like this. If/when the next one comes out, you'll definitely need to make a guide for that one too.

So how do we do the "fight" with the virus after meeting josephs in person? Because I killed myself since I didn't know how to parry the attacks, and thus restarted from way back in the ropom where I got the Ops uniform, since there's no save between. Which is VERY frustrating. In addition, I don't know what to catalogue what as.

I cannot seem to use the scissors on the shower curtains, yet I am sure I have done everything else precisely. I really want to get past this butler stuff and get to the fun parts.
