@a plastic bag the ingame instruments are a little more limited, and its also nice to have the option for more traditional looking instruments, esp with the mechanical instrumentation, although the introduction of funky trees does make it possible to make your own instruments, but thats pretty tedious and requires knowledge of XML

So sad that devs didnt added this to actual game or atleast an low poly version of cockpit.
