I usually buy a Hood of Defiance alongside a Soul Ring up until I get my Bloodstone. The Hood's hp regen helps make sure I can patch up hp after using Sacrifice, and I use the Hood's active in order to help tank damage in teamfights while using Exorcism and Spirit Siphon to overpower and outlast the enemy team. :)

Could you add Assault Cuirass to Extension or at least Situational? It really boosts exorcism's damage and helps your hard carry

Upvoted just because the lack of Bloodstone. Seriously, Bloodstone is overkill. Euls already solves all her mana-issues, and there are more effective/cheaper ways to tank it up.
