Because it is basicaly a new mod i carnt update this one without risking your save files so im playing it safe :)

Cinder the flame Dancer Performs at the Bannered Mare in Whiterun and has developed a curious urge to see the world.

Please read the back story of Cinder to get the full effect of this mod...or at least until i figure out how to put quests in :)

This is my very first mod that i have ever done...EVER. So any feedback, suggestions and constructive criticism is most welcome.

NEWS:

Hopefully starting work on this again soon. Things I have started planning to impliment in the next BIG update for this mod.

The story will be seperated into chapters so I can add new chapters as the story progressess" the next update will be chater 1"

Ill be adding on a quest system to obtain Cinder as a companion and also delve into her past and the main story.

Books containing the story I will be wrighting for the beggining of each chapter so they can all be found in ingame, may contain some hidden back story :)
As well as book containing illustrations "possibly some hand drawn by myself if possible"

changer cinders appearence to make her mor unique.
Give her a voice for all the dialogue I will be righting for the quests.

Update 1.02
You are now able to marry Cinder if you have a amulet of Mara! Few things you need to know befor doing this.
1.You will need a house for her to live in I carnt guarantee it will work if you don’t have a house for her to return to.
2. During the wedding just after you say “I do, now and forever” press tab to exit chat as cinder begins to walk away and make sure to talk to her befor she leaves the temple and tell her you would like to live at your house.
3. i dont think this is compatible with the improved marriage mod, you can try it for me if you like but it didnt work for me.
This should work correctly if these steps are taken please let me know of any bugs that happen or tell me how to fix them :)
Another note is that if things go wrong for what ever reason you can find the old version 1.01 on the nexus forums, I don’t want anyone’s saves messed up because of my mods even though it shouldn’t happen.

increased her movment speed to keep up with the dragon born
altered stats to give here a bit more destructive power

Firstly i would like to thank "DasPope" the creator of the Spriggan Follower mod who helped me create and finish this mod BIG thank you from me there.

I designed Cinder to be a follower for the players who like to run head first into battle and those that crave a bit of destruction "I’m looking at you destruction mages" though I’m sure any play style would benefit from her, i would suggest that the people that prefer stealth may want to choose a different follower as she will most likely turn your target to ash before you get to your target and I’m pretty sure they will see a fiery glowing lady coming towards them pretty quick which throws stealth right out the window.

Ability’s/traits

She currently fights just like a normal flame atronach but with a few extra ability such a creating a double of herself "originally used during performances, it also has its benefits in combat situations"
She is classed as an essential character so you don’t have to worry about her dying but she will need time to recover if she lose all of her health.
I have reduced the time in which it takes for her to build up full speed when moving to reduce the chances of you losing her but I would still suggest getting the mod “Follower Keep up” by Northstar just to avoid any following frustration.
She currently should scale with the player “should” being the appropriate word as I’ve seen may follower mods with this problem

Future updates

At the moment this is very basic but I do plan on giving her a quest line to gain her freedom from the inn were she works and possibly even a marriage if your into that sort of thing, I know I am :)
I would like to implement a personal voice for her “though unlikely” at some point and she will have a full back story to go with her.

Cinder Location- Cinder greets Patrons at the Bannered Mare in Whiterun

Back Story

He was a poor man with little to his name “at least so it seemed” he had spent the past few days in the Bannered Mare keeping very much to himself. When it came to him paying for the bed he had slept in and the food he had eaten he had no money to offer. Hulda the owner was furious that he was unable to pay but the man stopped her and offered her something which was of greater worth than the money that he owed her. Hulda realising she wasn’t going to get any real payment from him hesitantly agreed. The mage stepped towards the fire in the centre of the room and pulled one of the still glowing pieces of lumbar from the fire place. Astonished, Hulda as well as the rest of the patrons in the room stared in bewilderment at the on-going event that was taking place. The mage pulled something from his pouch and placed it in a small recess of the lumbar, he lifted it up to his lips as he whispered an incantation which made patrons lean in towards him straining to try and hear what was being said.
He then placed the lumbar back into the fire place and stepped back.
“You may want to shield your eyes” he said while smirking at Hulda.
In that instance a large explosion erupted from the fire place spewing fire of purples and reds. From the ashes of the fire place emerged a creature which inspired awe in the room. The mercenary Sinmir that was sat closest to the explosion was picking himself up and was about to charge at the mage but was stopped in his tracks by the image of the creature which had formed were the fireplace once stood.
“Her name is Cinder” the mage said while grinning at Hulda.
“She will entertain your guests for as long as you see fit, how you want to profit from this I’ll leave up to you, I’ve never really been very good with money”
The mage walked out of the bannered mare leaving his creation with Hulda, no one pursued him.

There was a silence at first, no one really knowing what to do. Eventually Hulda moved towards Cinder and asked.
“so ….. what do you do?”
Cinder looked up at her and replied hesitantly.
“I….I like to dance”

For months Cinder danced for the patrons of the Bannered Mare bringing in large crowds and even larger coin. Unfortunately for Hulda Cinder was a very curious being and as she listened in on the tails of adventures that people were telling night after night she began to develop an urge to see what was outside the walls of the Bannered Mare.
At that moment a newcomer entered the Bannered Mare, she had not seen them before which she thought was odd as she tended to know everyone that came to her shows.
People began to mutter the word “Dragon Born”
She didn’t know what this meant but she felt a strange presence around this stranger, perhaps this person could show her the outside.
