Nice Add-on!

I do have a question related to the torch. As i can see, you created that by simply root template editing. Though this way it is weilded in a weird way. I also tried to implement a torch as a shield by adjusting scale / rotation via Maya. ( please see here my WIP project: http://larian.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=641193#Post641193) )
I ran into the problem, that the whole torch is set in fire. I was guessing some FX attachment point error, but when i try to replicate your torch via root template editor ( by just copying, scaling make it equipable and setting stats to a weapon of the standing torch template) it behaves in that weird way, that the whole torch is in flames rather then just the top of it.

How did you do the torch then? I would like to create the torch shield wielded correctly in the hand.
thanks in advance

Fair enough :). Like my wife said to me when i told her I think the animated weapons should shut up, she said "Why? Even animated blade must have feelings too, why should they not be able to express themselves like everyone else".
Thanks for pointing to the torch. I am at work right now, I will have a look when I get home.

Making them shut up requires editing base animations, which will eat too much time.
You can find torch in Items > Weapons > Additional section.

The animated weapons are a brilliant idea :). I belive these were made by making a npc invisible right? Would it be possible to make this invisible npc shut up too? An invisible sword that utters "Argh!" when attacking ruins it a bit (and only a bit) for me :D.
How/where do I find the torch?
