Description
**Updated to A12.2**

Removed Armor Locker to keep lvl3, changed to Small Constructor and rearranged cargo. Turrets not included, Intended for player to add their own using "N" menu, attach to base, to place best for their situation


The pod is a self-contained unit with all necessities for surviving in extreme conditions, a perfect compliment to any crewed escape pod system to ensure survival. Tested on Omicron, was able to gather enough ore from boulders with less than a single fuel pack. Designed for easy disassembly to add to a permanent base, or leave it intact as the centerpiece.

Lvl 3 unlock. Contains:
Small Constructor
O2 Station & 2 Small Tanks
Food Processor
T1 Fridge
4 Large Cargo Boxes
1 Ammo Box (no weapons)

Yeah, that's because of the change to the armor locker. You can edit it in creative to remove that and retain lvl 3 unlock... I don't know if I'll go back and revisit this, I'm still kind of stinging over how they trashed the hydroponics pod when they added it to the game

I would really like to use it. It is maked to be unlock level 5 on the experimental branch though...

An amazing base for the cost. Very cool! On planets where oxygen or temp/radiation is a concern, place a door and stand on the side that shields you. Good strategy to weather the storm.

The goal was cheap as possible. In my test playthrough, the first thing I did in the constructor was make two cannons and concrete blocks for turret bases. Use "N" "Connect to" to link the turrets to the pod and fill the internal ammo crate. This way, you can also adapt turret placement to the local terrain
