Description
I kept getting annoyed by this obvious oversight that somehow you could only smelt ore into steel so I simply created a new recipie that uses 4 charcoal and 1 iron ingot to create 1 steel ingot.

Compatability: Everything (if there is anything that somehow doesn't work please point it out)
