Good question, I assume the scrap items have the same sizes as the normal metal items, but tbh I'm not sure, because I didn't played ARK for a while now. I will then also update the "Stack Sizes" list, when I update the Mod for the new Map.
Also, Am I correct in assuming that scrap metal and scrap ingots share the same stack sizes as regular metal and metal ingots?
No, all I've adjusted are just the blueprints of the items themselves, nothing more.
Did you need to modify the harvest loot tables etc. for bushes to get seeds/berries to stack higher?
Using your mod on my cluster but am also looking to replace the vanilla seeds that are dropped when harvesting. Unsure if my changes might conflict with your mod on my cluster or not.
Yes, just follow the guide or like I've already heard it should be also possible to change the stacks with S+, but haven't the time to confirm it.
