[SHADER] Sunrise (for 0.6)

Description
Download the shader and replace the original game file:
https://forums.keenswh.com/threads/sunrise.7399155/
(Or you can dig the shader out from the Steam mod. Mod ID 1250728665)

Features:
- sunrise & sunset reddening
- realistic sun size
- whiter sky on horizon

This shader adds sunrise/sunset sky reddening and scales the sun down to a realistic size.
It's a replacement of my earlier "Real sun size" shader mod.

Subscribing to the Steam Workshop part of the mod is not enough. For proper work the shader must be downloaded using the link provided on the forum thread (or digged out from the Steam mod) and you must replace the original shader file in your ME installation by the downloaded one. (Sadly the ME doesn't support shader modding by workshop mods).

It replaces it. The "Sunrise" mod comes with the realistic sun size already inside, so you don't need the other mod if you use this one ;-)

Moon is possible. Somebody made a moon mod already for the vanilla sized sun. I just need to find time to work on ME mods again to analyze how it works and make a variant for the realistic sun size. But before I'd start looking into the moon mod I have still several other things I want to look into first.

Hi, is it possible you could make something for the moon?

Thanks!

Zigurat >> You should load also the mod, but it's not a problem if you don't. The mod contains configuration for the sun in space. It's getting visible when you climb really high and the atmosphere is weaker. Without the mod loaded you'd see that in high altitudes the default big sun starts to appear around the small sun drawn by the atmospheric shader. Loading the mod reduces the size of this space sun to correspond to that drawn by the shader. It's for those that like building really really really high.

After replacing the shader I dont acctually need to load the mod?

hehe no problem man. You're right, I just wasn't sure if it was noted. Thanks again for the mod its awesome.

The shader is actually packed with the mod. I just think that for ordinary players it is more user-friendly to give them the shader directly than to navigate them to the hash-named Steam mod and have them dig the shader out from it ;-)
But thanks for your note, Deathfather, I'll mention it in the description as an alternative.
