Wildlife Tab [B18]

Description
The functionality of this mod is now in the vanilla game since B19. Please don't ask for updates.

Description
Adds a new tab that conveniently lists all wild animals. Animals belonging to a faction are excluded from this list (with the exception of the insectoid faction).

This is an update to lincore's mod. If he comes back (it's not like he's not on Steam or playing RimWorld anymore (see his profile ;)) and tells me to remove this it'll likely go.

Features
  • Lists all non-faction, visible wild animals and Insectoids.
  • Displays icon besides Predators and Insectoids for easy distinguishability.
  • Shows icon if an animal is likely to seek Revenge upon Hunt or Tame. Hovering the icon will give a tooltip with Revenge %.
  • Columns are sortable by clicking the respective headers.
  • Mass Hunt or Tame by Shift + Left Click the respective column header (mass deselect with Shift + Right Click).
  • Focus on animal by clicking its name.

Should be fully compatible with other mods and can be added and removed from saves without issue.

Changes
For any changes I've made since taking over see the Steam changelog.

Hmmm... I don't know what to think about that. I'll have to ponder it sometime.

Rimworld's EULA states that even if you create a mod, whilst you own your code/assets, Ludeon can do what they want with them: https://store.steampowered.com/eula/294100_eula_1?eulaLang=english

The short answer, Davdin, is: no, and technically a mod creator isn't warranted any due to the EULA.

I guess the fact that any mod (or parts thereof) that get included in the base should be thanks enough for most people?

Then again I didn't make this mod, I just updated a few lines for B18, so I don't care :SBpanda:

So when a mod gets added to vanilla, does the mod author get anything in thanks/compensation?

I don't think that Vanilla does not have the maddened icons, which was one of the things I loved about this.
Anyways, thanks for a great mod

I wish the icons designating maddend animals had been included in vanilla too.
