Re-found this mod the other day looks great, does it still work? This mod got me thinking what abilities would my Wales Civ have if I was a talented modder - I'm not :(
Here's what I came up with while dreaming/waking up on St. Davids day.
Owain Glyndwr (Rebellion and Diplomacy Vibe)
Cities gain +4 loyalty while in a defensive war
Lost Cities add +4 rebellion while in a defensive war
100% diplomacy gain while in a defensive war (1404 Treaty France etc.)
+2 Diplomacy for each lost City
+1 Faith per Diplomacy Point
+1 Diplomacy every second university (Was vocal on University importance)
Eisteddfod (Festival)
Better Cultutral Project/Ent Complex
Extra Writing/Musician poss cheaper maybe faith element
Caer (Castle) Land of Castles should be lots... so improvement.
Improvemt Only placed on Hills not Adjacent to another Caer
