Description
With kind permission from Patrick Girathon, I present you my conversion of his great Road Atlanta from AMS.
Many hours of work went into it, so it comes with a lot of updates and changes :-)

V 1.00
- DX11 ready
- almost all textures changed/updated
- all commercial banners around the track changed according to the IMSA Petit Le Mans race 2017
- rF2 realroad added
- nightlights added
- all AMS objects replaced with rF2 objects, new objects were added (animated marshalls, crowd, cars, busses etc.)
- fixed some small holes in the terrain mesh

...and many more stuff :-)

Big thanks also to "Uzzi", the original author of that track for rF1.

Haha I'll be there all this weekend with BMWCCA! Theres lots of good vids already on youtube, but I will be using my go pro as long as I pass tech friday. Having a little driveshaft vibration that makes me nervous...

Thanks for your kind comments and great feedback everybody! I will consider them in an future update, which shouldn't be so far away ;) trying to get the wet puddle mapping into it as well.

Just wanted to say your track is visually amazing! Nicer than the real one lol! I live a few minutes away from the real deal.

I was wondering about a couple of items: I'm not sure turn 2 and 3 angles are quite correct. I can't say exactly how, other than my brain has trouble with them after being on the actual track. I don't have the same issue in Iracing. I believe the pole that alot of us use as a visual is not quite in the correct place either.

The other being the color stripes after turn 10b. We use the stripes to adjust/confirm racing line to be set for the blind and flat out 11. I think it needs to be moved to the right a good bit.

Again, just my experience, and I may be wrong. I just notice that my level of comfort in my racing line seems to not translate to this version of the track. If its fixable, this would be the best version of the track available!

Mine is version 1.09 but found it elsewhere. Very nice track. Last time I raced there was 1992 without the kink before turn 10. Kind of wish there was an option to run the original track.

Thanks heikki21. Checked the folders and it wasn't there. That's how I new I had a problem. Unsubscribed, restarted Steam and subscribed again and there it was. Working now! Thanks

Please make sure that the track is really downloaded (workshop content folder) and also installed in your "istalled/locations" folder. If so it should appear in the list. If you have any other Road Atlanta track version installed, deinstall it and check the lsit again. Should appear as "Road Atlanta 2017" in the track list.
