So I figured a solution for my problem. I just have to move this mod to addons folder. SO the problem is the Workshop version.

It was active when I exited the game. This happened when the mod was active.

It worked, for a short while. Then this happened upon restart http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1222109933 You will notice what I was talking about earlier when I said world model is same, while HUD and view model is different.
