Restore A17 Raid Sound

Description

Replaces B18/19s/1.0 LetterArriveBadUrgentBig (raids mostly) mild horn sound with A17s beeping raid sound.

Thanks, I was looking for something like this. I feel like the new raid sound is more like a light fart and isin't as urgent as the WURR WURR
