Sorry if i bad in English... But... Why any dev from Sega or other creator just letting fans do their games?
Srsly.. In Russian Federation... If I or smbdy else will make any fan-game or game based on universe of some other game... Then government punishing you for doing this. They will force you to pay a fine and very expensive...
Excuse me for noobing in this game-dev theme... I just know from others that some game-devs was forced to pay a fine and was forced to leave their offices and destroy all work that game-devs done...
I know that not all game-devs was destroyed by government. Somebody created and still creating their games. But... But these guys are very few ...
PS Yeah yeah... I'm living in Russian Federation... Hate this country cause of stupid laws... And cause of stupid Roskomnadzor.
