I found it easier to jump(fall) from steel girders at the top level (deck) a steel girder that leads directly to the platform alcove with the chest and symbol. Head all the way left back on the deck and you will see trio of girders, look down and you'll spot the one to fall onto.
The alcove mentioned is top right.. ammo boxes at the bottom. Then turn left and jump the first platform, move to the left and tightrope the next. Jump the last, then it's all off to the left!

Help CL4P-TP "ascend," then immediately turn around to the ramp you came up from and it should give you this exact same POV.
Jump through the open window that has RGBY lights on the right hanging by the said ramp.
By that point, the platforming you'll have to do should be pretty straightforward, tbh, so long as you're an experienced "crouch jumper."
