Island Hopping

On one of his many adventures, Captain Lockjaw came across some gorgeous islands in the middle of nowhere... or more like in the middle of a lake. He decided to turn them into an amusement park, to show them off to the public and to try to make some money at the same time, since scattered treasures have started to become harder and harder to find these days. He is not very good with money, though, so he ended up spending all of his money on the very first island. He had no choice but to sell the islands to you and take a job in the park as an entertainer. Your job is now to expand the park, so that it can start producing some proper revenue. You do need to pratice on creating awesome themeparks on tropical islands anyways, you know. Might become handy in the future... So, can you do it?

By the way, rumor has it that while sleeptalking in a business meeting, Lockjaw once mentioned something about "not finding the treasure", but has refused to expand that any further ever since.
