This is a forgotten Oldschoolbuilt. It was enabled in Patch 6.86 with the Scepter of Drow Ranger. Its not the heaviest damage output possible but one of the best Depush and Farm Builts.
The Idea was to cross the split dmg of the Scepter with the tripled blitzchance of Mjollnir. This causes a crazy splashdamage for Creepwaves, Neutral Camps or any multiple enemy.
And in my view this built is underrated or too unpopular.
