Adds better phong, and adds reflections. Supports the world model.

i found out why it's too shiny
it's just the envmaps making it shiny

It depends what software you use. I use GIMP. I cna explain it more if you use GIMP but if you use Photoshop or something else, you might just want to look up tutorials.

I think what you have to do is transfer the alpha channel from the default m16 texture to your texture.

i'll just darken the phong exponent texture hope that would work
