Description
Updated for Grim&Grom, Aekold Helbrass added to Cabal and Chaos.
Also, check the optional vfx pack if you want, link on the required mods

This mod adds new characters to various different races, except for the ratmen. (oversized rodents don't exist, stop spreading this heresy.)

Faction Leaders:

High Elves
  • Belannaer the Wise, Saphery
  • Korhil, Chrace
Lizardmen
  • Lord Huinitenuchli, Xlanhuapec
  • Tetto'eko, Tlaxtlan
  • Oxyotl, will spawn at some point during your lizardmen campaign
    - Fighting againts Chaos/Norsca/Dark Elves will reduce the timer.
    - Occupying settlements with high chaos corruption will also reduce the timer.
    - Amount of Chaos factions existing around the world will also reduce the timer.

  • Tullaris Dreadbringer, Scourge of Khaine
    * Unless you're playing as Har Ganeth. He will join you after completing a mission in that case.

      Gained after building the Sacred Flame of Asuryan building in Shrine of Asuryan, available to all High Elf factions, can be taken as a hero instead.

    - All unique Heroes are unlocked when you start your game.

    Submods:

    Submods are obviously okay, same thing with translation mods.
    Both of those types of mods should still require the original mod instead of including the entire mod, it is a "sub" mod after all.
    There is no reason to include the entire mod, if you're making a submod.

    F.A.Q

    Mod no worky, plz fix
    1. Use Kaedrin's mod manager aka KMM
    2. Disable other script mods, one of them may have broken scripts.

    Multiplayer doesn't work
    - Multiplayer is very difficult thing to get working when you're spawning 10-20 extra armies at campaign start + everything else that happens during the campaign start. Which is why all non-playable lords should spawn during their first turn and not at campaign start. If this does not work then I doubt there's nothing that I could do to make it work.

    I can't see X lord on the campaign map
    It's caused by a script break:
    1. Disable other script mods, one of them may have broken scripts.
    2. You might be suffering from "too much stuff happening at the same time" bug, try disabling a few big mods.

    I can't play as one of these lords
    You need a unlocker for that, use mine or Crynsos'

@Kharon it doenst have anything to do with Kislev reborn. The cabal cant be beat in the base mod.

To everyone complaining about the Cabal reappearing, try playing without the Kislev reborn mod and see if that makes a difference. That mod seems to break a lot of scripts.

Ghorros Warhoof's blue skill tree says it unlocks recruitment of a centigor Hero, but that Hero doesn't actually exist. I confederated him as Morghur.

Oh, sorry didnt see some of the comments below. Yes, sadly this Cabal reemerging stuff is the real deal breaker in this mod(

Loved it so much before this appeared. Hope Mixu updates it sometime:)

Anyone had problem with the Cabal while using this mod laterly? Well, essentially after you kill them off they reapper in random pace of you territory in full force, will all 7+ armies, literally next turn! No idea how to fix it(

@El Bandito I got the same problem. All Mixu´s unlocked factions and Cataph Southern Realms factions in my computer got victory conditions a few days ago but not now. Nobody knows why. I´m playing with the same mods and i have reinstalled the game but this method doesnt fix it.

Im done with this mod as long as the cabal stay like this. The mod in general is really good, but Im so sick of fighting the same enemy every game every turn (in most games).
Its the most pressing issue in my mind and ABSOLUTELY needs to change. As long as this isnt adressed I wont use it ever again.

Hey Mixu! first off, thanks for all your hard work across all of your mods! I had a question that maybe you or other users could answer but I started playing a game with the cabal using aekold. I nixed the other lord I began with to keep upkeep down and now I can't recruit him because I need to possess a book of arcane knowledge. When I click on where those books it just shows a dy_target link which when you clock on it it crashes the game.

was just wondering if this part is unfinished or if perhaps it's some kind of problem on my end?

Do the factions have proper victory objectives? I am interested in playing as Egil Styrbjorn of the Skaelings, but I did not see any objectives.
