Hi Koby. You can drag and drop your units around in the bar. For groupings, select the cards (or units, cards is easier - get in the habit) and ctrl+number key. You can also ctrl+g to assign them to the next available number group.

Hey, I'm relatively new to the game and I dont know how to do that army split thing and what it does.. Im talking about how some units are numbered, and your lord is on the very right instead of left.

If you select the entire army and use the arrow keys, you'll be able to move them in formation. They'll march forwards, backwards, at an angle. But they won't turn to a new facing.

To get them turning, you'll need to 'lock' their groups and use the alt-left click. I don't recall exactly if they need to be all one locked group or just all their groups locked for that to work. You'd be served by loading up a few quick battles and testing it out until you get a feel for it.

The reason the dreadspears are in a locked group for example is that unless there's a large unit attacking them there's no benefit to standing still and receiving a charge. So by locking them you can issue one attack order just before the lines crash, the spears will self-assign a target ahead of them and they'll get a bit of a charge bonus for the first couple of seconds.

@Rod - If you see the little padlock next to the group number. Click it so it's lit up (like with Group 1 here), or by pressing Ctrl-G. When told to move as a group, they will keep their formation relative to each other.
Also, if you select units then press Alt while left-click dragging them to move, the selected units will move forward in the same position to each other (regardless of groups)
