To those of you asking where to find these in the menus: Subscribe to the More Beautification mod to allow for placing props like these in-game. And do remember that you need to activate it in the Content Manager in the game's main menu before loading your save game.

it is a prop so you need to download a mod in the workshop that can make it possible to set props in the game
