DUNMERIZED GRAY QUARTER

This mod adds some of the new assets included in the Dragonborn DLC to Windhelm's Gray Quarter, to further differentiate this section from the rest of the city, and provide some Morrowind flavor. I've also added some Morrowind-style lanterns, overhangs and a windchime with its own sound.

For those of you using the Nexus version, this one is newer.
