Description
The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) is the National Meteorological service of the Republic of Korea. The service started in 1904 joining the WMO in 1956. Numerical Weather Prediction is performed using the Unified Model software suite.

All units have free special promotion after the first battle, chosen at random from the list below*

UB : Weather Station
Unique building of the KMA. Replaces the Observatory. yields only +25% science but no requires nearby mountain and yields different production from different tiles

UU1: Weather forecaster
Replaces Scientist. Can't provide but can build Shelter. also, Available for purchase in cities after research the Astronomy

UU2: Winter General
Replaces Great General. +15% Combat bonus to all Land units within 2 tiles and -20% Combat to all enemy units within 2 tiles.

UI1 : Stevenson Screen
Replace Academy. Yields 3 Science and 1 Gold, Produce, Food and Culture. Yields change from where built it. additional Yields 2 Science and 1 Gold, Produce, Food and Culture after researching Satellites.

UI2 : Winter Citadel
+150% Defensive Combat Strength for a unit on the tile. Damages all enemy units that end their turn on an adjacent tile for 50% of their maximum HP.

Foggy : Attack + 15%, Ranged defense + 33%, Sight - 1
Snow : Defense + 15%, Movement - 1
Thunder : =Restlessness
Earthquake : =Enemy Blade
Rain : Combat -5%, Sight - 1
Windy : Movement + 2
Heat Wave : -15 HP when healing and -15 HP to adjacent tile
Cold Wave : Combat -5%. -5 HP when healing and -5 HP to adjacent tile
River Mist : Unit will withdraw when faced with melee attack
Heavy Fog : Sight - 2. Heals all damage if the unit kills unit (only 50 HP)
Rainbow : Attack + 10%, +15 HP when healing and +10 HP to adjacent tile
Blue Sky : Sight + 2, Range + 1
Sand Storm : Sight - 1, -10 HP when healing and -10 HP to adjacent tile
Landslide : =Altitude Training + Heavy Charge
Typhoon : Movement + 1 // Ignore Terrain Cost
Aurora : Random promotions again
