Got it. Very nice. Thanks for the Human head as well, Gives me more character custom options. Thankyou for the instructions.
p.s. Just noticed you have instructions anyway. Sorry for my denseness.

That means you're in the right path. Now that you have the invisible face, you have to add her actual head, which stored as a helmet prop.

I`m just getting a creepy skeleton eyes and teeth face on liara. What am I doing wrong. I`m sure I installed everything.

i allready tried deleting the config folder and unsubbed to the original version of the mod. Did not work.
But i have found a new solution.

Just downloading "individual arms" mod fixed the issue for me. Made the option for arm 1/2 appear right back on the creation screen :D

now i can keep playing my asari a bit longer :)

You need to make sure you're not subbed to any vanilla mods any more (only voice packs are ok).
You also have to delete your MyGames/XCom2 WOTC/Config folder and let it regenerate when launching the game again.

Sometimes unsubbing isn't enough, and you have to clear these folders, and verify your game, depending on what type of mods you were subbed to. Some were more intrusive than others, like LW2 for example.

okay i am out of ideas and at a loss here.
Before the WOTC dlc came out, i had no trouble at all with this mod. But now like Pixy, smoothe chocolate and Ayatake...the arms don't show up.
i've tried everything they did but to no avail sadly.

Loved your mod before. but now it just sucks to have it stripped away. ;_;

Yes, the faces are invisible. You then have to go Props, and under Hats/Helmets, you will find the asari heads.
