Description
Tyranny starves in the absence of consent. Phoenix Rising is not an organization so much as it is a thought, a conscious choice to oppose the New Order. What if enough disparate beings have this thought that it sparks a movement, six months into the Empire?

The answer to that question plays out in the course of this total conversion. In a time where the Empire's grip on the galaxy is still tenuous, take command of early Rebel luminaries or the Emperor's closest advisors in an epic struggle to define a galaxy still smoldering from the Clone Wars.

Assemble your faction's war machine from dozens of asynchronous lines, then augment it with hundreds of potential upgrades. Transform aspiring heroes into legends to provide intangible leadership to your military and government. Leverage entire planets and civilizations to their greatest potential through base building. Then, when everything is in place, plot your conquest vector.

This is a four-decade strategic simulation of warfare across 120,000 light-years.

See the included manual (inside steamapps/workshop/content/32470/1126761873) and www.eawpr.net for more details

This mod is strongly aimed at galactic conquest play. Currently the Corporate Sector Authority are unplayable in GC.

If you are having problems getting the mod to display in the game mod window, use this guide http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/1125571106/1474221865191996535/ except using the number 1126761873 for this mod.

Please note: there are many users experiencing issues with saving/loading GC games. These problems will be reduced in later versions of the mod. For now, it is recommended that you try playing the smaller GC maps if you have these issues.

@anthony sorry I don't have time to diagnose issues with other mods

im also having an annoying issue with another mod "Rise of the Mandalorians" where the galactic background and some of the ship models now appear as green screens, any advice?

Indigenous units are mostly neutral unless they are Independent forces. 2.0 has recently been updated to include all work-in-progress GCs, including pure sandbox GCs.

is there a GC in 2.0 that isnt on a time limit?
anthonyg98 Apr 11 @ 5:31pm
oh and the indigenous units of the planets arent showing as friend or foe

I do recommend you try the 2.0 beta. It has much better performance in most GCs.

ok, good news AI is wrking again, bad news the Lag factor in PR 1.2 just got a boost.

@anthony you probably have a folder in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Star Wars Empire at War\corruption\Data\XML folder called "AI". Delete it. It was probably installed by an old verson of RaW or AotR. It interferes with other mods.
