Description
Reworks some of the Skirmisher's abilities and fixes a pretty bad bug too:

Specifically:

Fixes a bug with Battle Lord causing it to only proc on the first two actions on the enemy turn, and then ignoring the rest. (This mod's config ini includes an option to disable all the rest below if you want to.)

Reflex is now always active once selected: you can always earn an action point every time a Skirmisher is shot at.

Parkour now provides a movement action point instead of being a 5% chance for a standard one: this means that a Skirmisher can relocate with a blue move and still shoot twice. (With the grapple, this allows for major relocations if needed.)

Also replaces the charges of Interrupt, Whiplash, and Battlelord with Cooldowns. Interrupt is three turns, Whiplash and Battlelord are five.

Also sets the Ionic Ripjack's stun chance to 25% instead of always: it was insanely strong and wildly out of place to how the game handles stun effects XCOM can apply.

Localization is not affected by the toggle: you need to manually delete the included .int file of the mod.

Localisation files are the files the game pulls to describe things to the player while they play, like description of an ability or item. They are normally INT for INTernational English (aka USA) and may have others like FREnch. You'd probably want the INT file back.
I'm not certain how RealityMachina has coded up this mod, but generally speaking if you can't find what you're looking for in the provided ini files, that means it's fixed directly into the mod and can't be altered without using the SDK, That requires making a copied version which works as you want it to.

Hi, can anyone do me an ELI5 for how to turn off everything but the BAttle Lord fix. I've read through the thread and I have found various posts about it but none of them are ELI5 clear.
In the mod's config folder I only found one file where there was a note to write false. I have overwritten true with false in this file and saved it.
I've read in the thread about doing something with the localisation files/ folder? But I don't understand what. My localisation folder contained a FRE and an INT localisation file. I've deleted the whole folder because, like I said, I wasn't sure what change was necessary to make to either of those files.
Any clarification would be great. THanks!

Can we adjust the Ripjack's stun chances ourselves in the ini?
(I'd like to play around with 25%, 50%, 75%, just to see how it changes gameplay)

@yes_commander: I've been using this mod for awhile and it worked fine, but I just downloaded RPGO and this mod has stopped working, so I'd say that's the problem. As for a fix... well, that's what I came here for too.

Are there any known incompatibilities? I'm running this but not seeing the changes. My suspicion is that it doesn't work with RPGO, but I'm not qualified to speak with any authority on the matter. Is there anything I might be able to do on my end to force the game to acknowledge the changes? Is a compatibility update feasible (if that happens to be the case)?
