Power-levelling to 56

In this guide I will be explaining how to get to 56 and reach awakening as fast as possible.

Levels 1-18

By finishing the tutorial, you should be about level 10.

You should then head to the goblins to the east of velia, the first main town and grind them until you reach level 15.



From there move to the altar imps to the west of heidel and grind there until level 18.
They should be an easy grind as they are also weak and don't fight back much.




Gear recommendations;
-Keep your militia offhand as the buffs are useful (accuracy +20 especially)
-Styd ultimate mainhand
-Full dobart armour
-Full bares accessories

Levels 18-37

Upon reaching level 18, you want to head to the castle ruins to the south of heidel where you will grind there until level 20.

As soon as you reach level 20, move to the nagas which are just west of the castle ruins, and grind there until level 28. There is really good money here so it can help you level up quickly as the naga region is under the glish node so the drops are increased. Grinding to level 28 can make you at least 1 mil silver. You want to grind in the naga area just north of the town, and not in the swamp (red area on map) as that area has better density and only in this area is the grind spot under the node influence.

Upon reaching 28 you want to move to the red orc camp where you can grind there until level 37.
The money at this camp is also good so you will want to keep collecting loot and storing the loot in your mount that you can park in the tower that leads to the orc camp.


Gear:
Pri bares accessories
+7 chosen mainhand and offhand
+5 Armour

Levels 37-52

Upon reaching 37 head to the abandoned land/refugee camp just to the north-west of calpheon.
You want to grind here until level 45, looting as you go for money. Despite the fact the area is only meant to be until level 40, the XP remains good. If you still have your daily grind hour I would select the 100% options and activiate it now to help boost you to 45 quickly. by selecting the 100% 2 hour option it should last you until level 50-52 depending on how fast you grind.


When you reach 45, move immediatly to Marni's lab. You don't actually want to grind inside the lab but instead grind the chimeras that camp outside the main gate as they give decent XP even though the spot is for lower levels and they have a very high density. Grind here until level 48.


Immediatly ride west of marni's lab to the catfishman camp. You should grind here until level 50-52 depending on your AP/DP.

Catfishman recommended gear:
+10 Armour
+13 Mainhand/offhand
Duo Bares Accessories.


Do not move to the next region until you have
+12 Armour
+15 Mainhand/offhand
Duo Bares Necklace / Jarettes Necklace
Tri Bares Earings / Blue coral earings
Tri Bares belt / Pri belt of Shultz the Gladiator / Ancient weapon core belt
Tri bares rings / Blue coral earrings

Levels 52-56

There is one final grind zone where grinding is relatively fast if you follow the main rotation. And this amazing grind spot is helms. Furthermore, at helms, you can start collecting your asula accessories which will be vital for mid-tier gear. You can grind here until level 56 and it should take around 2-8 hours depending on XP boosts and grind speed.

After grinding at helms you should be level 56 and ready for awakening:

Gear after grinding helms:
+15 Weapons/armour (ready to move to pri weapons)
Asula Rings/Earrings or Pri Blue Coral (Asula is better but RNG about whether it is dropped)
Asula Belt/Necklace (Can be obtained at Elrics and Abandoned Iron mine RNG though)
Or Ancient Weapon core/ Pri Shultz Belt
And Tri bares Necklace

Conclusion

Getting to level 56 is the easy part of black desert. Getting beyond 56 will require a lot more from you as well as much better gear. Going from 56 onwards you can stick to places such as Pirates and sausans if you are badly geared (Like I was) or move to areas like Gahaz etc. if you're better geared.

You can get to LVL 45 alone in a few hours of gameplay in 24+hrs or less.

Take a rosar DUO and when you are lvl 10 go in an area lvl 20 when you are lvl 20 go in an area lvl 30 ...
and when you are lvl 50 kill mansha

EDIT: in addition i would compare this to a person who just got his driving license - does it make sense to put him into a Venom? Sure - he will be able to start the car - he will be able to drive the car... but obviously he will not be able to handle the car at high speed....

@mef: i see it different: expecially for newbies this guide is a worse thing. They should do quests and take their time to find in this complex game step by step and not even powerlevel to fast - because then they feel lost and got no gearscore to grind effectively. Even they got no silver to buy or craft good equip and get stuck and maybe give up this game. For alts i woul dsay that its ok to powerlevel - but REALLY: not for first char if you dont know what to do and/or how to gear / upgrade gear / failstack... or they will senseless pay with tons of silver and later on they will make their low-lvl-quests with an alternative -> its no fun at all.
So in sum:
I would REALLY recommend for beginners NOT to powerlevel - make quests - get into the game.... if you start an alternative later in game you may use powerleveling... keep your fun and dont ruin your game just because you are too impatient

Tbh this guide ls pretty good I tried this on my new striker and it was pretty fast. But still i believe that there are faster ways of grinding, but still probably best guide for newbies
