Description
Another economy mod. It is loosely inspired by other eco mods and is close to reality as is possible but not too much grindy plus it‘s impossible to have fully realistic game for various reasons. Mod is for players who like to roleplay. Currency is Euro but I updated inside game other 15 currencies monthly average compared to Euro. I used ECB site and it‘s updated for October 2024 average.

Mod supports v1.51.x+. It doesn‘t work with the previous versions of the game.
Mod supports base game + all map DLCs (East + Scandinavia + France + Italia + Baltic + Black Sea + Iberia + West Balkan).
Mod supports RusMap and probably doesn't support other map mods like ProMods, TruckSim, and so on.

For the full experience:
1) Please use Realistic Fuel Consumption in Gameplay Options.
2) Don‘t use Autopass feature in Norway (read more in main info).

For the best experience, start the new profile. Basic quick info about mod:
- The prices of diesel, ferries and tolls are as IRL.
- Reworked loans and added insurance.
- Reworked traffic fines.
- Reworked experience, rewards and revenues.

An 1.53 Update would be nice though :)

Maybe you should add to the description that one needs to pay attention to loans if this mod is added to an existing profile because I ran into problems with an existing loan and generic payback rate that cost me way more than I earned with the mod...

I noticed huge loses in short distance ai jobs. I managed to fix the issue by changing: driver_max_cargo_damage: 0.0 . With this change, Ai drivers will make small profits for short jobs instead of massive loses. I recommend slightly lowering the Revenue coefficient to balance out longer jobs after this change

I think a question must be raised: Why does the employee’s income include taking the ferry when doing tasks? Logically speaking, as an employer, I should have paid for the ferry for them, so this money should not be added to the income.
This module is still the most perfect, but the above problem has kept me from adding the Southeast Asia map to avoid employees taking ferries to Southeast Asia, which has resulted in me earning a lot of ferry fees that do not belong to me.

just wondering, since i didn't create a new profile when i subscribed to this mod... why are all cargo/transportation market earnings below 10K??.... is it made like that or do i need to create a new profile??? ..... i've maxed out all my skills except eco

Fantastic mod, really like the changes. I made a compatibility patch for ProMods that I am currently testing. My prices for ferries are arbitrary though yet somewhat mimics what you've done. Would there be any other incompatibilities with ProMods that I could adjust?

I am semi-new to this game and modding it so I am a little unaware of how this and the ProMods impact each other other than the ferries. And of course I won't publish anything related to this mod without your approval if it should come to that.
