Description
Ladies and gentlemen! Bringing you another simple mod, this time trying a more overall rebalance!
Still in the testing phase, so treat with care.

The Greenskin/Dwarf match-up has always favoured the dwarves on a ridiculous scale. Tested in custom battles, a unit of dwarf warriors takes approximately 20% damage after breaking an Orc boy unit. This added power came at a whopping 5 gold upkeep extra compared to a boyz unit. The same is true for Quarrellers vs Arrer boyz. The added benefit of the Greenskins not having access to early game armor-piercing units does not help.

Bear in mind also that the dwarven infantry will receive additional benefit early-on in the game due to their tech-tree. This mod should help balance it all out.

Several poor choices have also received an upkeep reduction.

Vampire Counts:

Skeleton armor: 20 -> 25
Zombie upkeep: 50 -> 30

Vampire Counts' early game units were poor from the beginning. The extra armor should help the skeletons lose slightly against swordsmen and their equivalents. Make no mistake however. They still lose.

Zombies are simply a choice so impotent it is logical to put it down even further in upkeep. Despite its obvious function as charge-absorbers.

Bretonnians:

Peasant bowmen upkeep: 110 -> 90
Peasant bowmen (special ammunition) upkeep: 125 -> 100
Men at arms (pole arms) upkeep: 138 -> 110

Bretonnia's knights will always be the mainstay of any high-tier Bretonnian army. However, when faced with the late-game monstrosities brought by other races, Bretonnia was found lacking when the enemy halberdiers swiftly dispatched of Bretonnia's knights and one's own halberdiers flee the field.

Roughly outlined. While this will not change the outcome of a given battle, it will punish bretonnia less for putting its heavy armament on units with so poor leadership. The bowmen suffer from poor accuracy, poor leadership and have no defensive capabilities whatsoever. For some reason they were still priced as a normal archer unit.
