Mod-friendly. Sadly, not achievement-compatible.

Hey, I've been using this mod and noticed that when the species spawns in as a randomly generated empire there is no species name generated for it. I don't think this is intentional, so I messed around in the files a bit and it seems that adding a species namelist in 'common/species_names' fixes the issue. You can pretty much just copy an existing species namelist and it seems to work alright as long as you make sure its for the 'Unicorn' species. Otherwise, its a great mod, thanks :)

I add them as a new class so they don't mess with other mods, and that is unfortunately not ironman-friendly since you could cheat by giving that class more trait points and stuff.
Otherwise any other mod that changes the mammalian portraits would override this one. Or vice-versa.

What is it about this mod that causes it not to be achievement-compatible?

I don't play Ironman so have never gotten an achievement... but I was just curious.

I heard 1.9.x changed some things. This mod still operational?

@Agamidae: I prefer extending existing species classes instead of creating new ones (and in fact a unicorn wouldn't be a new species class) but than you are incompatible with other mods extending the same species class and need to be aware if a DLC for a species class comes out.

But, yeah, I did it for my mod too, because I don't like having hundreds of species classes.
