How to create your own config in CS:GO

In this guide I will teach you how to create your own config in CS:GO

What is a Config?
A config is an executable file who you can use it to run a lot of commands.For example you can use a config to exec all your video settings or exec some scripts.
How to create a config file.
Step 1.Navigate to CS:GO config file directory,Default is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg

Step 2. Enable "see file's extension" feature.
Tap in View section and then check "SEE FILE'S EXTENSION" box

Step 3. Go back to CS:GO Config Directory(See step1) and create a anyname.cfg fiile.


Now you have created a config file!!!!
How to Edit a config file.
Step 1.Right click on anyname.cfg file and click Edit.
It will open a blank file.

Step 2.Then you can add commands you want to run when you exec the file

TIP:To add comment just add // at front of text line like://Script

Step 3.When you are ready Press Ctrl+S to save or just click save!

Now you have Edited your own config.At the next part I will teach you how to autoexec it!
How to autoexec config when you open CS:GO
Just rename your cfg file to autoexec.cfg
