Riften Depths

This is my first mod and it is only in the early beta stages, I just want to know what you all think of it so far. So without further ado I'll give a description.

Riften Depths will eventually be a full city under the city of Riften, and possibly connect with the ratways. There are so far two books throughout it which explain it's history and how it was created. Right now it is just the entry area, and more will be added, I am quite busy with school, but will update whenever I can. I may need your help as the community with any bugs and fixes as this is my first time modding any game and all material is new to me, so any help with the bugs or suggestions for the layout will be greatly appreciated.

Beta Version 1.1:
- Quite a few fully voice NPCs all with unique roles in the depths.
- A three room entry hall
- A servant's quarters with beds, a kitchen, a few books and storage for the NPCS (DO NOT USE THE STORAGE)
- Shrines for all of the Divine's, Talos, Nocturnal and statues of Azura and Ysgramor.
- An underground river with a small camp set up.
- Fixed items falling of tables, (such as the diamonds in lower level.)
- Pawool is now a follower with custom dialogue lines for different occasions, he works with UFO for sure.
- Alchemy Lab and Enchanting Table
- First version of the underground Sanctuary "Shadow Caverns"
- First version of Friendly Falmer
- An introduction Quest to gain access to the Depths started by a Courier.
- Novum Arsem a unique dungeon with bosses, hidden loot and a high difficulty.

Beta Version 1.2 Includes:
- First version of Shadow Caverns
- Preview of the "Friendly Falmer"
- Wild animals (Don't Attack The Dragon, He's Essential)
- Introduction Quest

Beta Version 1.3 Includes:
- A Dungeon created by Gnarlypounder
- A custom reward found at the end of the dungeon

Beta Version 1.4 Will Include:
- Second version of Shadow Caverns
- A few of the "Friendly Falmer."
- An Dragon Priest follower in Shadow Caverns
- A custom spell
- Ranger's of The Shadow Cavern's
- Exterior of a Dwemer Castle

More updates to come will include the town itself with a fully functional player home, one or more dungeons, a questline, meeting with the creator of Riften Depths, an integrated way to get into Ratways from Depth and more to come.

Note: This is still in it's early stages and I will continue to post updates on Steam until I reach the limit of 100mb or the mod is finished without any suggestions. If I go over the 100mb Steam Limit I will then add the newer updates to Nexus.

Known Bugs:
- Only one follower seems to be able to enter Riften Depths with you, and followers once brought in cannot leave without teleporting, I may have fixed this and will soon check.

- How do I fix the follower glitch if it is happening for you?

I put Riften Depths on the backburner a while ago to work on a more ambitious project the Sortanic Isles. I have been stuck on some LOD issues for months and cannot figure them out so am currently working as a level designer for immersive quests. If I cannot figure out hte issues I may return to the roots of Riften Depths.

Update: Have began working on Riften Depths Again: Everything but the dungeon is being done from scratch, I have built the exterior of the town, interiors for the entrance, added the dungeon, and made some NPCs. Before it's Alpha release I am going to make the first quest, finish town interiors, finish castle interior, and have multiple custom voiced NPCs. Dawnguard will be required due to the style of the castle. Later updates will require Dragonborn and Hearthfire but those are far in the future and will be released as optional files on the Nexus.

Also if I do begin work on this mod again I will probably go for a complete re-release to attempt to gain more interest in the mod because a lot of people find mods by looking at recently posted ones.

Mori: This was my first attempt at a mod and I have learned much more about mod making since this. I am at the moment working on a custom voiced follower who is coming along quite well. I did not realize until now by looking at my own previous comments that I have Version 1.4 nearly finished so I may begin work again soon.

this hasnt been worked on in a while, shame looks very the idea of a huge city under riften guild wars go

I am going to upload the lastest update shortly, then I will be taking a break from modding most likely until after my Winter Break due to family engagements, but I will be resuming a new moddng schedule: I will be starting on more "Riften Enhancement Mods," attempting to release a small one (Such as a new follower or spell,) and a large one, (Such as a thief guild remodel) between each update of Riften Depths. My plan for Riften Depths after my break will be fixing any Navemesh issues I can find, which may take some time, then after that I will start in on the inner town. Thank you for the support to those of you who have given it.

The glitch where followers cannot enter and exit Riften Depths has been fixed, forgot to finalize Navemesh, but I have found my followers are not compatible with mdos like UFO, I will be contacting the maker of UFO to see how to make my mod compatible. There are still some Navemesh glitches on the stairs, I may just have to redo the Navemesh and set preferred paths, I will update after I fix the Navemesh glitches and add a few more talking falmer as was said in the update text.

I have found that in the Dungeon there are many Navemesh issues and some of the Draugr Wights and Boss do not attack when attacked by certain types of magic making the dungeon very easy when playing ranged characters, I will be addressing this and fixing the problem and the fix will be ready by this coming update or the smaller one after that.

Hey everyone, just watned to let you know that the next update is in the works and will be a few more days. So far I have updated the Shadow Caverns and made the Exterior Dwemer Castle, made the functioning Dragon Priest Follower and added Rangers and a Ranger Base to Shadow Caverns. There is a glitch I am attempting to work out; both Pawool and Dragon Priest Followers cannot exit Riften Depths with you because for some reason followers cannot leave or enter my cells, anyone know why that is please let me know.
