Description
Want to adopt kids in Breezehome, but don't want to get rid of your alchemy station? Want to have your alchemy satchel contents moved for you AUTOMATICALLY? This mod has got you covered!

Breezehome Loft Redesign [Hearthfire Edition] takes my original Breezehome Loft Redesign (which adds an enchanting station, chest, and mannequin to the loft area) and goes one step further; upon purchasing the child's room for Breezehome the alchemy station and satchel are AUTOMATICALLY MOVED UPSTAIRS TO THE LOFT!! No need to empty out your satchel storage and carry that extra weight around to purchase your upgrade!

BLR [HF] will add an alchemy station to the loft area ONLY when you purchase the kid's room. Decide you want to get rid of the kid's room? No problem! Your alchemy station and contents of the satchel will automatically transfer back downstairs. Easy peasy! This mod should be kid friendly - i.e., I have moved around the "play areas" for your children so they won't get stuck in furniture, etc.

*************************************************************************************************************
This mod will NOT affect any existing storage in your house,
unless you currently have the original Breezehome Loft Redesign installed (see below)
*************************************************************************************************************

TL;DR version:
1) Adds enchanting station, chest and mannequin to loft (safe storage) when you buy loft upgrade
2) Buy kid's room for Breezehome
3) Alchemy station AND satchel contents now appear in the loft
4) Remove kid's room from Breezehome
5) Alchemy station AND satchel contents return to previous location

------------------------------------------------------------------

If you are upgrading from the vanilla version of Breezehome Loft Redesign (BLR):
1) Clear contents from chest and mannequin in existing loft storage
2) Using the Skyrim Launcher, delete and unsubscribe from BLR
3) Subscribe to BLR [HF Edition]
4) Return contents to loft storage
5) Purchase the kid's room, and enjoy your new alchemy station

Thanks for the reply. I had a Breezehome basement mod at one time, but removed it months back when I got Hearthfire. The only other mod I can think of that changes the place is the Be A Milk Drinker mod. It adds milk bottles to various places, including a shelf in Breezehome. I've had that mod since forever with no problems though. For followers, I've been using UFO for ages. I currently have the alchemy room, never had the kid's room. For now I've disabled the mod and things are back to normal. I would love to have that enchanter and the extra storage though. Thanks again!

@rowboats28: I am not able to replicate this problem...I did not edit the existing nav mesh on the ground floor areas so I am not sure why your followers are stuck. Do you have any other mod that changes something in Breezehome? Any follower mods? Are you having the problem with or without the children's room purchased? Hope we can figure this out, sorry for your issues.

For some reason, with this mod enabled, any followers who enter Breezehome with me can't seem to exit the house again. This goes for my follower, my dog, even NPCs who follow me into the house accidentally. All get stuck inside the house. I've had to disable the mod for the time being. Any idea why this is happening?

Glad to keep your family alive then... :D

A Very big Thank-you! How could the Game let Alchemy go...I will never understand. Adopting Kids is wonderful but Alchemy saves Mommys life out in the Wilderness, Lol! Thanks!!!

This is such a nice, elegant package -- no fuss, no muss.

Really? Thanks!

That is beyond the scope of this mod. There are some build-your-own-home mods already out there, which may be more of what you are looking for.

Thanks I subscirbed, But do you think you can try to make a mod that adds a enchanting watch tower without replacing any wings of heartfire homes?

Thanks mate and great mod btw :)
