Rebalances many elements of Natural Selection 2.

2% more expensive Lerks
0.5% faster Hive maturity time
Almost 1% faster rifle ROF
Skulk bite now uses 94% normal energy
Onos has 5 more armor points
Distress Beacon is 10% faster

Plus many more!!!

If you can't tell that he means that it uses 94 % of what the normal energy cost is then I just don't know

wen i saw balance mod, i expected the onos to be less OP, not 5 more armour, which honestly, wats that gonna do wen it already has between 700-1000 armour, ono needs to cost more resources to make it a little more balanced.

Your grammar is wrong.
Saying it now uses 94% normal energy means it uses... 94% of your energy. Saying it uses 6% of your normal energy would be proper grammar.
The changes are also too similar to even make a huge difference. Except the distress beacon which doesn't need to be faster considering the game teleports every single marine into the same room.

Whatever the ♥♥♥♥ is in the room is dead once that happens.

No. 94% of normal energy. This means it uses less energy than normal. Also, none of you actually played this.

1% faster rifle ROF? If anything, it already fires too quick. All these changes. You do realize that Skulk + Leap needs the energy for bite? Nearly twice the energy cost for bite and skulk is useless. Make a lerk cost 30.6 points? Wut? Why? All these changes, *reverse them* instead and it might actually be a bit more balanced. I haven't played the mod, purely going by the info you gave us. Sorry, for now this is still Troll Mod #1.
