The game is not AI. This review is malicious misinformation. They have been using alts to make multiple negative reviews and skirt around being banned from the community forums and to make their posts seem more legitimate.

Is it AI flop or not? I found another negative review talking about it and he confirms it, maybe I'll have to buy the game myself to properly review it, -.- contacted the dev but he is not reading DMs so what can I say, maybe it is maybe it's not, cause there are a lot of other users, reviewers the game has no IA content.
