Game doesn't work on Steamdeck and Linux because Sony is trying to pull some dumb shenanigans on this game. Get that crap out of here and this review changes to a positive one.
Oh yeah, you still have to create and sign in using a playstation account, really annoying.

Thanks, but don't worry about me. I already have windows dualboot set up and everything. This is a very deliberate choice on my part to not support a company who screws over people like this and frankly many many other ways. On top of that, it seems that other people with the same hardware as my pc are struggling to get the game running well on windows so I might as well wait until a fix for pc performance actually exists before considering purchasing the game again (I refunded, lol)

This is a known Linux Anti Cheat issue/nothing to do with the devs but a you choice on the hardware you use. I can understand the frustration but as a over decade Linux user the age old "Anything can work on linux if YOU make it work" Rings so true here (Easiest route i have found is having a Windows dual boot on the steam deck if you want help with this feel free to shoot me an add and i can give you a hand getting that working)
