In 1981, before there was a World Wide Web, I started a dial-up bulletin board and named it BUSHIDO!

My "handle" was The Shogun

From 1981 to 1987, I ran, what was probably the first nationwide geopolitical wargame, called "The Battle for North America" (BNA). The players messaged me as to what they wanted their country to do, and I made the moves and "calculated" the battles, with the help of a 10-sided die. I then reported the "NEWS" of what occurred in the world. Each turn lasted a day and was a day in gametime.
