There are not any enemies in the game. The game focuses on exploration, expansion and managing your colonists needs.

The robot uprising scenario is broken. Since you cannot gain science, you are not able to craft the elevator to get up. i see no chance to progress. is this scenario broken? or do i just have to excavate until i find a pod with a human in it? both ways are not ideal, and not really fun.
Currently the Robot Uprising is just a start with robots, but does require finding lost stasis capsules to proceed with research. This is something that may change in future. Thanks for the feedback. :)
Your mileage will vary, but there is about 15-20+ hours of gameplay currently available. It really depends on how you want to play the game. Development is certainly still on going. :)

I did send you the savegame.
Did you send one a while ago are just recently? I received a recent email from who I believe may be you, but it did not have an attached save game file. When sending a bug report via email please reference the forum thread or short description so I know what it relates to. Thanks. :)

Had my spouse do some upgrading, checking files, resetting my PC, uninstalling the game, waited a week, reinstalled, etc. Started a NEW game, this time got to day 177 before the double bloop and death of the game.
it's driving me insane. I can't seem to play this game because of this random double bloop noise that closes out the game completely.
Anyone else having this problem?
This issue should now fixed in patch update 35.4 that was just released. Please contact me here or via email if you further issues.

Sometimes vehicles can´t be deployed anymore, water or energy breaks down, speed of game can´t be set anymore (interface not responding), you can´t command people anymore etc. pp. Save and reload helps only so far... to the point the game isn´t playable anymore. It´s a good game, one of the better ones amongst this type of games, but it needs a lot more work.

при включенном Steam игра не работает. если Steam выключить и запустить игру из корневой папки игра работает. похоже проблема в Steam?
Please try to verify steam files or un-install and re-install the game. Are you running on PC or Mac?

Thanks for playing Mercury Fallen and sorry to hear you're having issues. If you load your save game does the the issue appear again/immediately? Could you send me your log file and save game file for further review?

Hi! To be able to use my Steam Cloud Windows save games when running MF on my MacBook Air I am currently experimenting with running it using CodeWeavers' CrossOver. MF seems to run well with only one exception: All colonists and robots are running around mainly invisible. Only the hair parts of my people are visibly moving around the colony and doing all the work. It looks a little bit spooky. ;-) So the hair style seems to be treated somewhat specially compared to the rest of the body? Well, it surely is worth it. ;-)
Thanks for the report. Sounds like a compatibility issue with the shader used to render the colonists. I'm not familiar with CrossOver or what shader model it supports. Cloud save support for OSX is something that I'm working to get setup.

Thanks for the report. Added to my fix list. :) Does the wall disappear when switching back to normal view?

I did custom, i changed the number of starting people and robots, i had the negative events at 0 except the alien thing that i am unsure what is. I raised the starter food up. I think thats all i did.

Quick update oh and there is one thing i did in all my games that might be related, i dismantle stuff for building materials before i do any building so there is allot of it on the ground. So could that be what is killing people some how?
Thanks for the additional information. After running some tests it appears, for some reason, that colonist stats such as hunger/fatigue are still updating while the colonist is still in the stasis capsule. This results in them dieing in the capsule, but they don't run the proper death process when they come out of the capsule. They then will die, however, once saved/reloaded. I'm working on a patch fix and it should be available soon.

So my people are dead, how did they die? No idea but here is the thing they are still alive, so i guess i got undead now. I wonder if loading will kill everyone or if it will fix the error.

Quick update, loading my save file instantly killed them so i guess i just have to restart.

Second update, happend again this time it was pretty instantly and again i did not see how their health drop to zero.

At the moment the game is just to broken to be playable, i hope this critical bug is fixed soon.
Sorry to hear you are having issues and that is an odd one. If you are running any mods, please disable them and see if that resolves the issue. If not, please send me your relevant save file and log file to info@mercuryfallen.com so that I can investigate this issue further.
