Yup, I've been receiving receiving this same message from him. I have him on my Discord friends list and I just messaged him with a screenshot of the Steam chat. Getting a Steam account back is pretty easy so as long as he knows about it and tries to log back in, he should be able to get his account back. I suggest you delete that link so somebody does not click on it.

Happens about 3 times a day, I've been hacked myself but I was able to get my account back before things got serious.
