hides content behind paywalls. playing the game works on a token system that it never explains how to get more. so i just assume once youre out of tokens you cant play anymore.

been playing for days nonstop and there's still more to do, lotta content and very polished for an early access game. combat feels fun, engaging and fair. also people say pvp is the main part of it but there's so much pve content too, so its not like there's nothing to do if you opt out of the pvp.

its a pretty good game but there are alot of things that make it very frustrating and not worth playing. When i first saw albion online i thought "wow that sounds really cool" and it was, until i hit the pvp softlock. once you hit a certain spot in your progression you HAVE to go into pvp zones to get what you need to progress. the first few times i went into these zones to try and progress i was faced with multiple parties of people that would simply kill everyone, i couldnt get anything done and i was losing stuff faster than i could get it. because im a solo player i had no way to work around this, im not good at making friends and i simply like to be a lone wolf. so unfortunately because of how the progression system works someone like me is simply locked out of progressing. oh also if you are mining something and someone with a better tool comes around they can steal it from you even tho youre 5 seconds into mining the reasource because their tool takes 2 seconds to harvest the stuff when yours takes 8 seconds. really frustrating.
