"Thanks for accepting this job! But please remember that absolute dedication will be required"
"Absolute? What do you mean exactly?"
"Well, once you take over the farm, every second of your life will be taken in your duties, you'll be farming, scavenging, mining, fishing and.. well, cleaning garbage"
"it's fine to me, I need to relax and this will calmly occupy my mind"
"No, you don't understand: Here every second you'll be running to finish what you planned for the day, and will be cleaning, cleaning, and cleaning for hours"
"You make it sound like a real job"
"Exactly! Grinding your way up will take countless hours and your overly good looking town folks will have to wait for you to finish your errands"
"Erm.. can I hear more about those overly good looking people?"
"Yes, the locals due to the special climate and environment, are superbly good looking and nice"
"I mean, I get it is intense to be the farmer here, but I sense it will be a joyful ride, am I right?"
"Oh, you're absolutely right."
"Where can I sign?"
"Here... here ... and here. It's done!"
"When can I start?"
"Right now.. just remember, there's basically no way out of this island, but for the good reasons. Have fun!"

SECOND INTERVIEW, AFTER 4 YEARS OF FIELD WORK AND ADVENTURES

"So here's our farmer after 4 years.. how did it go?"
"Eh.. I need a holiday"
"C'mon, it's a paradise island and you had your leisure time too, I see you got married"
"i sold to the museum a fish i found in the rubbish bin in front of the museum itself"
"Ouch, that's unusual, but if it worked..."
"The economy in this island is weird, and so is physics, how do you explain i need 199 stones to make a rope, which is clearly not made of stone".
"You be careful on what you ask, some things aren't made to be explained"
"But.. and i also slept with the fish, and it's a good thing here!!"
"Sirs" - the interviewer points at two big guys dressed as guards, not as nice as the villagers - "Please take her away"

"No, please, i will farm and just shut up, pleeeeeeeeease"

Door slams

The following day a new farmer is hired. Strangely, nobody remembers the former one.

The island is possibly cursed or locked in a time loop.
