Hey, just a moment of your time. I saw Ellen's case report on the UGC TF2 server. It was dismissed as “insufficient evidence,” yet nearly every regular says Ellen cheats, and some say Ellen admitted it privately. Ellen was even banned last week for cheating but got unbanned after paying $10. Now they toggle cheats based on whether admins are watching. Landing instant backstabs, then suddenly playing poorly. It's blatant and unfair. This makes me not want to play on a server I’ve loved for years. While staff profit, real players are left frustrated. Ellen’s account is new and has a game ban. Will you actually do something or just keep taking their money? Your server says “CHEATERS WILL BE I.P. BANNED!!” Why say that if you don’t enforce it? Sorry if I sound harsh, but we’re tired of being ignored.
