it's like civ, but you have to explain to the newbies why we don't play the overpowered samurai chickens because they are so good at mining it murders the balance. Different factions are incredibly diverse and the expansions can completely change the game. balance isn't perfect, but that's the price of such variety.

been using Tmod for a while, was near seamless before it was on steam and now it's as good as it gets for modding tools.

A great survival game that does a lot of thing in a different but refreshing and fun way, also extremely fun to play without outside resources, something thats becoming more rare in recent years. grab some friends, tell them they will become vikings and then figure out how.

ROCK AND STONE!

It's Factorio's cooler older brother who parties ever week, is friends with everyone and is currently failing half his classes at community college. This game has style over substance, as of now it's kinda unstable and honestly frustrating at times, and it's a royal pain to transition from Factorio. It offers more than just factory building, but at the expense of the core factory experience. good change of pace if you like factorio, or a better introduction to the genre for the normal people.

Factorio is the peak of it's genre from a gameplay perspective, and it has both phenomenal modding support and the modding community to back that up. it's also one of the most technically impressive games ever made with the shear quantity of things that can be happening alongside the intense optimization. I've also never noticed a single bug in my around 600 hrs. It's not for everyone, but it's perfect for a particular type of nerd.

10/10 one of the best indie game up there with terraria

my crappy graphics card aside, the game runs great. The only problems I can see are that the human and apex character customizeation aren't the best, food doesnt stack any more (theres a mod for that that i didnt make) and shotguns are laughably horrible (Ive also never found a magic weapon so they could suck but i dont know) I give starboud a 7/10 alone and 10/10 with at least 1 friend.



Reviw aside, why can i hold hundreds of tons of stone but not a 100 berries?
