Just a dude working the fields of combat knowledge.

10 years of independent research, and knowledge gathering about the combat spaces modern troops occupy, and the doctrine, support structures and challenges they face amidst these modern combat spaces. BY NO MEANS; am I an expert in any shape or form for military or otherwise, and have ZERO formal experience to give right to my ideas or claims.

I started with the Ukraine conflict in 2014 and moved slowly to other conflicts as I grew interested. Mostly focusing on U.S/NATO Combat and Logistic doctrine(s).

My current focus is on Israel, Ukraine and Russia, as they are the largest and most dynamic and active combat theaters as of 2024.

I just started some light research on the Myanmar conflict.

By understanding war, I think we can better understand ourselves and how we view combat, as it's not always black and white, good and bad, right or wrong. Sometimes it's just the circumstances of the environment that can't and won't be changed for decades or centuries, where as; the ones willing to understand war and it's horrific intricacies, they seek to prevent the outcome of uncontrolled, undisciplined warmongers. Sowing the seeds of knowledge on how to conduct war morally in the mind of a warrior is the endless subsequent philosophical dilemma most combat veterans seem to find themselves in. So, the least we can do as civilians, is be open to understanding their struggle, and how they conduct themselves under the stress of Combat.
